SU QLD Connect Program - Equipping young people for life

“The Connect Program helped maintain some of our most ‘at risk’ students at school, and has led to an overall improvement in behaviour and academic results. We highly recommend this program to other schools.”
Jennie Power, Head of Social Justice Department, Park Ridge State High School

Why?

For many young teenagers, the early – middle high school years can be a particularly difficult time and young people may feel alienated from their schools, families and communities. For some it can be a time when destructive patterns are developed, leading to dysfunctional behavioural cycles that can stay with them their whole lives. SU QLD’s Connect Program is about breaking this cycle or countering it before it begins and building in young men a foundation for life.
